How we can help

• We work with you in the initial phase to understand your business, the culture and the role, and help shape your requirement and the type of candidate who will best suit.
• We will then execute a market wide search as well as drawing on our own extensive network and deliver an appropriate shortlist discussing each candidate with you.
• We will then continue to work with both the client and candidate through selection, contract negotiation to offer and acceptance. 
• Whether your requirement is interim or permanent we will look to build an ongoing relationship and provide support to help the placement/ assignment to be as successful as possible. 

We understand that time is at a premium for senior leaders and also how important it is to make the right hire.

Before any shortlist (whether interim or permanent) is presented, candidates will be thoroughly vetted and screened; this will include a meeting with our Director (face to face whenever possible) to fully discuss both the candidates background and suitability, the client’s organisation and culture and the opportunities and challenges of the role in question.

This process is crucial to presenting only candidates who are properly qualified for the role and who genuinely understand and want to secure the role, thus helping our clients make the right hire in as time efficient manner as possible.

Whether Search or Interim, each mandate will be personally overseen by our Director of Executive Search and Interim Solutions who is supported by a talented and experienced recruitment team. This ensures a detailed understanding of the requirement and clear and consistent communication between both parties.
