Are you aware of the Capital Gains Tax changes coming into effect 6 April 2020?The current tax rules for non-UK residents selling UK property that require a non-resident capital gains tax (CGT) return to be completed are to be extended from 6 April 2020 to include the sale of UK residential property by UK residents.
