Richard Bathgate and Graeme Bain of Johnston Carmichael LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Balgownie Limited and Balgownie Rentals Limited on 15 March 2024. 

Creditors or suppliers who have additional queries can contact the Administrators’ team using the email addresses below.  

 

Due to the large volume of queries the Administrators will deal with during the initial stages of the process, the quickest way for creditors or suppliers to receive a response to specific queries is by using the email address balgowniecreditors@jcca.co.uk.

If any supplier intends to claim retention of title to goods supplied to the company, which were not paid for at the date of administration, they should send details of their claim and the goods supplied, together with any supporting evidence to balgownieretentions@jcca.co.uk as soon as possible. On receipt of a claim to retention of title, relevant creditors will be provided with a questionnaire for completion by a member of the Administrators’ team.

Customers who have goods currently held by the company at a depot (e.g. for service or repair) and who have not yet received contact in relation to those items should send details of their goods, their site location and any order reference number to the following email address balgowniecustomers@jcca.co.uk.
