At Johnston Carmichael, we take our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion seriously. We want to create an inclusive workplace for all of our people; one where everyone is respected and treated fairly regardless of who they are, their background or their beliefs.

Our Chief People Officer, Martin Osler, is dedicated to ensuring that attraction and recruitment practices accesses a diverse range of talent and inclusive culture, and performance management processes are fair and consistent and eliminate unconscious bias.

Gender Pay Gap reporting

Our Board are clear that to eliminate pay gaps in the future, high quality data is required to target action and progress. We reflect on what our reporting tells us and outline our commitment to ensure our pay and promotion decisions are fair, evidence-based, and free from bias.

You can access our Gender Pay Gap reports, here.
