Zoë joined Johnston Carmichael in June 2024 and is Head of our Consulting Business.

She has a proven track record of designing and delivering complex business change programmes with focus on delivering revenue growth, efficiency savings, and improved customer experience. She operates with expertise across people, process and technology-led change, working collaboratively to convert strategic goals into tangible actions and value add outcomes.

Zoë started her career in management consultancy at Accenture, before moving to work at Standard Life as Head of UK Strategy. She joined Johnston Carmichael from abrdn where she worked in the Investment business, having undertaken lead roles in Integration, Transformation, ESG and Regulatory programmes with core accountability for Client & Data Platforms.
