Audit Partner Paul joined Johnston Carmichael in October 2023 with over 25 years experience working in the accountancy practices. Paul is a Fellow of the ICAEW and also a qualified auditor. Paul is based out of the Newcastle Office and will be working alongside the existing team to continue to grow Johnston Carmichael’s presence and client base in the North East of England.

He has worked with a wide range of clients over the years and specialises working alongside Engineering and Manufacturing businesses and will be working in the Johnston Carmichael Engineering Sector.

Paul has held several volunteer positions and is currently a director of Not for Profit Entity, Open North Foundation which assists North East based companies and individuals that were adversely impacted via Covid-19 and other financial difficulties.
