Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who specialises in Capital Allowances and construction & property incentives. He joined Johnston Carmichael in 2013 having spent 15 years with the UK’s largest firm of Capital Allowances advisers. Michael is also Head of Construction & Property at Johnston Carmichael.

Michael focuses on proactively maximising a clients Capital Allowances position on property acquisitions and disposals, new builds, refurbishment and fitting out projects. He is experienced in acting for owner managed businesses, single asset investors, property companies and life funds.

Sector Experience

Market-sector experience includes office, hotels, industrial, manufacturing, sports stadia, further education, retail, healthcare, and various renewable energy projects including small scale hydro and wind farms.
