Stefano joined Johnston Carmichael in 2012, following the merger with Ritson Smith. He has significant lead advisory experience acting on behalf of individual shareholders, corporate entities and institutional investors across a broad spectrum of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, fundraisings and financial restructurings. 

In addition, Stefano is experienced in leading transaction services assignments including acquirer/vendor due diligence, working capital reviews and financial modelling exercises.
