Suzanne is a Tax Partner and leads the firm’s Transaction Tax team.  Suzanne joined Johnston Carmichael in 2016 to focus on shaping the firm’s Entrepreneurial Taxes offering covering EIS investments and Share Incentive Plans.

Since 2019, Suzanne’s primary focus is on the firm’s Transaction Tax offering, responsible for the delivery of M&A tax advice, due diligence and tax structuring projects.  Suzanne’s commitment to client delivery with a commercial focus continues to drive success for our clients.

Outside of work Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and travelling the world playing Touch Rugby.
