A tax senior manager in the Edinburgh office, Susan joined Johnston Carmichael in 2008 with valuable experience gained over a range of corporate tax environments from Big 4 practice to the in-house tax departments of blue chip international groups.

Susan’s primary role at Johnston Carmichael is the provision of specialist tax advice on all corporate related matters including group planning and tax reliefs, corporate restructuring and tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals. She is also involved in managing the corporate tax compliance function helping clients to meet their obligations to the UK tax authorities in a timely and efficient manner.
