Stuart joined Johnston Carmichael in 2022 with over a decade of international tax experience, gained in-house as part of Group Management for Germany’s largest energy multinational as well as in a UK Manager role for a Big 4 advisory firm.
Stuart is a transfer pricing expert, working with international clients either headquartered in the UK or with UK operations. His experience includes Group financing and allocation of funds; intellectual property including brands, patents and know-how; engineering; technical services; distribution structures; permanent establishments; manufacturing of products; and all aspects of international Group management.
In addition to industry experience in the Digital Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing and Food & Drink sectors, Stuart’s Energy expertise covers the entire value chain, including energy trading, renewables and conventional generation.
