Niall joined Johnston Carmichael in 2012 following the merger with Ritson Smith. He joined Ritson Smith on graduation in 1981, qualified as a CA in 1985 and became a Partner in 1988. He has over 25 years experience working with owner managed and private equity backed businesses across a variety of industry sectors.

He is an accredited expert witness and regularly receives instructions from legal firms advising on commercial and matrimonial disputes. Niall Chairs the Firm’s Audit Leadership Group.
