Natalie is a Business Advisory Director based in Elgin. Since joining the firm in 2007 she has developed a strong reputation for supporting high-net-worth individuals and families, combining commercial awareness with technical expertise to deliver tailored, joined-up solutions. 

Natalie specialises in Family Office services, acting as a central point of contact and coordinating delivery across multiple service lines. She has been instrumental in modernising the firm’s Family Office approach, enhancing efficiency, strengthening continuity and succession planning, and improving the overall client experience. Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Natalie works closely with colleagues and clients to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

Away from work, Natalie values spending time with her husband, her two children and catching up with close friends, alongside fitting in the odd 5k and Pilates for a bit of “me time” and balance.
