Based in Dundee, Kim Lawrie is a Business Advisory Director and has been with Johnston Carmichael for over 13 years. A CA and ATT qualified adviser, she specialises in the Rural sector, bringing extensive technical knowledge and a strong client-focused approach to supporting businesses and individuals. 

Kim is highly regarded for the quality of her advice and the strength of her client relationships. She works closely with clients to understand the unique challenges they face, providing proactive guidance and supporting succession planning. She is deeply embedded within the Rural sector, and outside of JC is involved in mentoring young farmers across the country. 

Known for her collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Kim works with colleagues across service lines to deliver joined-up solutions for clients, and also drives forward wellbeing initiatives within her local team.  

Kim lives on a busy dairy farm with her husband and three young children (all tractor and cow mad). She loves hosting friends, socialising, keeping active and getting outdoors. Life outside work is non-stop, just how she likes it!
