With nearly 20 years of payroll experience, Katie brings extensive expertise in global payroll operations across the UK, EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. Throughout her career, she has led specialist teams and managed complex international payrolls for a range of organisations.
With experience of payroll in a range of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Technology, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services, Asset Management and Food & Drink, Katie has a strong focus on process improvement, system integrations and client service.
Having worked in both bureau and in house environments, Katie’s experience allows her to understand and support our clients with the challenges they face.
Whilst beginning her payroll career in UK payroll, Katie has been supporting clients with payroll requirements globally for more than a decade with experience in over 150 countries.
Her breadth of experience, leadership background and international expertise further strengthen the team's capability and depth across Scotland and beyond.
When not working, Katie volunteers as a facilitator at a non-profit organisation supporting women’s mental health, enjoys football, walks with her dogs and socialising with friends.
