Partner in our Glasgow office, John joined Johnston Carmichael in 2013. His experience focuses on corporate tax, including mergers & acquisitions, structuring and group reorganisations, corporation tax compliance and corporate tax planning.

He has provided advice to a broad spectrum of clients from individual entrepreneurs, owner managed business, partnerships, co-operatives to large listed multinational groups.
