Greg joined Johnston Carmichael in 2015, having previously worked within Big Four accountancy firms and as an in-house tax adviser at a FTSE 100 company. Greg has a particular specialism in the Tax Restructuring sector and the OMB (Owner Managed Business) sector.

Over the course of his career, Greg has been a tax tutor at Strathclyde University and has presented multiple technical seminars. He has extensive experience of managing the corporation tax compliance needs of a wide-ranging portfolio of clients including retailers and privately-owned companies. Greg has expertise in a range of advisory areas, including EMI valuations, Transaction Taxes, and the Construction Industry Scheme, and has worked on multiple transactions and projects from selling LLPs, to multiple s110 and Capital Reduction Demergers.
