Based in our Newcastle office, Glen is a CIOT award-winning Chartered Tax Adviser with ten years of experience in the Big 4 before joining Johnston Carmichael in 2022. Throughout his career, Glen has provided pragmatic, commercially driven VAT, and Indirect Tax advice.

Glen has an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients whom he has assisted to remove charging VAT on goods and services, leading to improved margins and claiming VAT from HMRC; to have irrecoverable VAT removed from costs and to determine the preferred arrangements to mitigate VAT and Duty costs, and unnecessary administration.
