Alison is a Director and Head of Business Support. Having joined Johnston Carmichael over 14 years ago, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s central support function.

Alison’s expertise lies in operational leadership, process improvement and change management. She has successfully implemented firmwide initiatives designed to standardise processes and enhance efficiency. Her focus on quality and innovation ensures that Business Support delivers consistent, high-standard services aligned with client needs.

In addition to her core role, Alison contributes to strategic governance as a member of the firm’s Transformation Committee and serves as Chair of its People and Culture Forum.

When not working, Alison enjoys holidays with her husband and over the last three and a half years, they have travelled to 35 countries.
