Johnston Carmichael provided financial due diligence for Leapfrog Finance.
Leapfrog Finance has funded the acquisition of Verdant CIC by Communities for Renewables from Gamma Energy. The project is the UK’s largest community solar energy facility at 9.3MW, with potential to generate at least £1.2m of income for local community organisations and projects over its 25 year lifetime. The Johnston Carmichael team provided due diligence throughout the funding process.
