Chartered Financial Planners Johnston Carmichael Wealth have been listed in New Model Adviser’s Top 100 in 2020. Released annually, the New Model Adviser Top 100 is a list of financial planning businesses compiled to showcase the best financial planning firms in the UK.

In assessing who appears on the list, they look for evidence including having well-qualified staff, robust investment propositions, good use of technology and professional standards.

“We are continually looking at ways to improve our client service and in 2020, we developed our client liaison team, who are completely focused on client care and work closely with their designated financial planner.

“Digitalisation of client processes has been another focus and we moved to an online based back office system a number of years ago. This has meant that during the recent crisis we have been able to continue to maintain our service to our clients. We’ll shortly be launching a new online space for clients where they’ll be able to get real-time valuations, download and/or store documents, instant message us, electronically sign or acknowledge forms or reports and more.
