Andrew has detailed knowledge of the UK and International Tax and Transactions environment. He was initially an Inspector Principal with HMRC, then a Tax Partner with KPMG Transaction Services in London, before returning to Scotland with Johnston Carmichael. He has experience of most business sectors. His work integrates with other disciplines and commercial areas, including Accounting, Finance, Legal and Strategy, and covers the full deal cycle as required, from initial evaluation, through purchase, to subsequent integration and rationalisation.
